How do I make a booking?

To create a booking:

Go to the listings page
Use filters to find your ideal space
Click on a listing to view details
Select your dates and guest count
Click "Book Now"
Review booking details and select protection plan if offered
Complete payment to confirm your booking

How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel a booking:

Log in to your account
Go to your profile page
Select "My Bookings"
Find the booking you wish to cancel
Click "Cancel Booking"
Confirm cancellation

Note: Refund amounts depend on the cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel.

How do I leave a review?

To leave a review:

Log in to your account
Go to your profile page
Select "My Bookings"
Find the completed stay
Click "Leave a Review"
Rate your experience and write your review
Submit your review

Reviews can be submitted within 14 days after checkout.

Refund amounts depend on the cancellation policy of your booking and how far in advance you cancel. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Important: You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel for a full refund. After this window, our standard cancellation policies apply.

We understand that plans can change. That's why we've designed flexible cancellation options to accommodate different situations while ensuring fairness to both guests and hosts.

Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in
Cancel 5 days before check-in: 100% refund of accommodation fees
Cancel less than 5 days before check-in: 50% refund of accommodation fees
Cancel after check-in: 0% refund of accommodation fees

Moderate

Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in
Cancel 14 days before check-in: 100% refund of accommodation fees
Cancel 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund of accommodation fees
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: 0% refund of accommodation fees

Strict

Free cancellation until 30 days before check-in
Cancel 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of accommodation fees
Cancel 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund of accommodation fees

COVID-19 Related Cancellations
